It is the customer’s responsibility to take the defective product to Technical Service. We are located on the 11th floor of the Shopping Center. If the customer sends the product by carrier, they are responsible for transfer costs to our Service for the warranty process. Received products go through review, repair, and testing, with a minimum period of 7 days and maximum of 15 days due to internal processes from both suppliers and our technical service, followed by post-repair quality control.
